Young age group training course consists of six semesters of 33 hours. The process of education and materials accords with the child's age. Learners will be in different parts of class to do different parts of activities in the book. This will enable learners to be active in class and take better advantage of the class. Class layout and design of the seats in the state will contributed to the process of teaching and learning in the classroom and prevents fatigue and malaise. At this point all four language skills are reinforced and Speaking and Listening skills are to be more attentive. Training at this level are indirectly associated with creativity, poetry, crafts and more. This collection aims to develop new educational practices mind.
There are 7 book series to provide in 21 semester of training for children. Each term includes 29 to 33 hours. If the student already has not participated in any language courses, he/she enters starter terms. And gradually learns the alphabet. Language learners can start teen’s courses through passing these training courses by placement test. Evaluation of this group of students in the starter is qualitatively and from then until the end of college is quantitatively and organizes through standardized tests. The criteria to enter into the higher level is achieving minimum score of 75 of 100.
Teen age group training course consists of 6 levels that start from the Starter and continues up to Advanced levels. During this period, students can participate in the tests KET and PET of Cambridge University. Some features of this period are: Training four skills (Speaking-Listening-Reading-Writing) using interactive audiovisual educational software. Use book characters to make short educational films. Focus and produce language with correct grammar and conversation skills. Solving common problems in the education system of the countries where English is taught as a foreign language. Changing learner’s attitudes towards the world around with the aim of optimal use of language knowledge and its practical application.
Adult age groups in the 6 levels of (Starter A1 to level Advanced C1) The purpose of the educational system in this age group, is raising Speaking skills in real life situations and real spaces and talks and everyday conversation (real life communication).also with the bulk E-Portfolio Writing skills increase during this terms. Strengthen speaking skills that students can learn about the problems and issues of everyday life and are prepared to deal with them. Strengthening the hearing by putting students in real environments with different cultures of the world. Increase writing skills using engaging and entertaining topics. Increase reading skills in science and raising the level of public information and knowledge that is applicable in international exams. Increasing the ability to communicate effectively and make everyday communication in different social situations with the aim of increasing the power of speech and language production skills as fifth skill in this system.
Silkroad Innovator acting to hold teacher training courses (TTC) to update trainer’s language knowledge and also transferring Frisby’s educational language methods. Teachers who have at least a bachelor's degree and higher or related degree to the field With appropriate enabling level in four English language skills, after participating in an entrance exam can take part in Silkroad’s innovative teacher training courses. This period is of just 80 hours of training and in-person and remote support and starts with 20 hours of in-person classes. And will continue during the twenty months of workshops and posting videos and journals to improve their knowledge. In this course of twenty months, In addition to training the required skills to teachers to teach Public and private classes, Topics about educational psychology is also addressed. By the end of the initial 20-hour training courses, by providing their demo and earning required points Teachers can be employed as a college teacher in the specified level.
